The beds very uncomfortable, the room with dust and the generous organization of the spaces in the shared room very very bad, poor quality. There are no curtains for beds, the bathroom very small, and as noises you hear everything.

Great!
Positive points:
Starting with arrival: the communication with different metro lines is fantastic. I stayed here for a concert at the Movistar Arena, and both the arrival at the hostel from the bus station and the back and forth to the concert was very good. It is in a great neighborhood, with shops, restaurants and markets/supermarkets around the corner.
Check-in is easy and that the key to both the door and the elevator (positive score) is a qr facilitates everything a little more. The boy who attended us on arrival and the girl who attended us on departure were very friendly.
The place is very “instagrammable”, from the hospitality area to the laundry or the kitchenette.
The rooms: We stayed in a room for 6 (bunk beds), being a large group the stay was great. Clean beds and very comfortable mattresses. 2 showers, 2 sinks and a bathroom. It is not a room to “make life”, but it is more than enough for a good rest. Each bed has its plug, a light and a table. The kids loved it.
They have parking that we use but I just didn't visit.
Negative points:
To put a but, although for rest is not essential, both the room corridor and the room in general are dark depending on the moment.
As a recommendation for accommodation:
In my opinion the room with 2 showers is unnecessary (for a family group like ours), they missed having 2 bathrooms instead of two showers, but nothing that is really wrong.
For future guests:
I wouldn't hesitate. For me it is a place to go back to for any plan that comes up in Madrid!
