House with heart in the heart of the city

Cute little guest house in the medina of Marrakesh. Very attentive service, which also gladly meets special requests for breakfast. Clear recommendation!

A wonderful riad

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Riad Sin. Younès is a person of incredible kindness, always available and with exceptional hospitality. He makes you feel right at home.
We had the chance to dine at the riad and it was a memorable moment: the tagines were delicious, prepared with great expertise by Assma, who cooks wonderfully.
The riad is a haven of peace, with few rooms, which promotes calm and serenity. The Jacuzzi and small pool are perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Marrakech.
The breakfast is hearty and excellent, served with great attention.
A huge thank you to Younès for its Welcoming and kindness, it makes all the difference and makes the stay unforgettable.

I had an amazing 4 nights staying here with my friend. A warm welcome from everyone and given good advice by the manager who was very helpful (sorry cannot remember the spelling of his name), giving tips and showing us places we may like to visit and how to get there.
Rooms are beautiful, with a lovely bathroom and large shower.
Roof top - beautiful and very relaxing.
Breakfast - Beautiful coffee, breads, jams, yogurt and fruits every morning and plenty of.
Cannot fault anything about our stay and only have 1 suggestion. Consider having a small kettle available for visitors to rent to enable warm drinks in the room. Missed being able to make a drink in the morning and at night. Other than that everything was perfect.

Peaceful, quiet and clean

Cannot recommend this place enough! The Riad is pristine and beautifully decorated. Younes was the kindest, most hospitable host - he welcomed us with mint tea and local insights, and also accommodated our early departure time with an early and delicious breakfast. Because the Riad is small (only a handful of rooms) it is very intimate and quiet. We stayed at another Riad that was more crowded, had more street noise, and was less peaceful. In terms of location this place was an easy walk to the Djemaa and centrally located, but tucked along a quiet side street. Other bonuses: the bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast, and the water was hot.
