Located in the city centre, easy to reach from the airport, courteous and always helpful staff, beautiful and traditional structure. Maximum cleanliness and seriousness.

huge disappointment

RIAD TO AVOID WITH FAMILY
Dubious cleanliness, the dust from the work remained all week in the bathroom. Toilet towels are worn down to the holes. Hangers missing in the closet. The staff were very friendly and not very welcoming. Breakfast without flavor and really limited in quantity.

Disappointment

Award mediocre value, cleanliness, it’s just breakfast is barely correct. The staff has no notion of customer satisfaction just at the front desk. The person is kind .. the caretaker when you return at 10.30pm, tells you that it is normally closed at 10pm. We tapped six times to get him to open us. In fact he had fallen asleep.. a shampoo in the room and no shower gel the material in the shower that comes off the wall. The only advantage of this Riad is that it is close to everything. I do not recommend booking this until the Award is correct.

Do not book Riad

The staff is not smiling and constantly on mobile phones.
We had booked an excursion with a departure from the hotel around 8:15 am. The staff refused to prepare us breakfast.
When we arrived the staff wanted to take 15 euros of cash for taxes.
The pool is cold the umbrellas on the terrace are broken.
Staff ask 25 euros for in-flight from the airport which is 10 euros more expensive than other Riad.

Echt niet ok

Riad hidden, never again! Room smells of damp and mold. It had rained one day and there was a stream next to my bed. Don't come and clean up. Mat completely wet, not removed. Bed linen and towels were never changed during the four nights, despite an accident that left the bed sheets visibly dirty.
breakfast very limited and only from 9.30 am.
The swimming pool is more of a foot bath and the sunbeds on the upper terrace are really dirty.
