Unfortunately the elevator was out of service so it was difficult for me to get to my room on the 3rd floor due to my mobility issues. Once there, the room was a delight, beautiful view overlooking the flowery courtyard, very quiet.

Excellent hotel with large bedroom and bathroom. We were very grateful to have air conditioning as it was very hot when we were there. Convenient location with a very clean and well maintained car park opposite and a short walking distance into the main city. A lovely hotel, that we would highly recommend.

Excellent stay!

Wonderful stay! Perfect location a short distance (but far enough ;) from the train strain and charming atmosphere within the hotel and garden, as well as abundant restaurants and sightseeing close by. One of the most friendly and welcoming staff, just want to say thank you for a great stay!

Great

Stayed here for a week from 6th August with friends. Lovely hotel perfect location to bars, restaurants and the town centre. Lovely friendly staff. Complimentary water and tea and coffee in reception. Honesty bar, and a mini bar in the room. Very glad of the air con as was very hot while we were there. Good selection at breakfast, cute courtyard area. Would definately return.

Expensive but worth it!!

Excellent hotel. Very well located. Magnificent interior courtyard. Numerous, smiling, attentive, available staff. Spacious, comfortable room, king-size bed, hydrotherapy in the bathroom, fridge in the room, tea, coffee, accessories in the bathroom, and quality hygiene products. Pets allowed, bowls provided for them.
Decent breakfast. Excellent seeded bread.

La baignoire Balnéo et nos prestations soignées en chambre vous permettent des moments de détente agréables après une journée de visites.
Notre cour intérieure à la décoration fleurie est idéale pour prendre un verre en profitant du joli choix de notre Honesty Bar ou pour une pause café en libre accès à la réception.
Nous veillons à accueillir vos compagnons comme il se doit. Nos chambres avec parquet au premier étage leur sont réservées avec 2 gamelles, un tapis et quelques friandises.
Votre appréciation pour notre pain aux graines me fait particulièrement plaisir. Il illustre notre philosophie pour le petit-déjeuner : privilégier la qualité et les circuits courts, en sélectionnant avec soin des artisans et producteurs qui font la richesse de notre terroir.
Nous espérons que cette parenthèse alsacienne vous laissera d'excellents souvenirs et que nous aurons la joie de vous revoir à une autre saison.
