terrible hotel - SleepCph

terrible place - bedroom was hot as hell with no ventilation and way too hot like a sauna....bathrooms were horrible and nasty with hairs all over the place....and dirty grout uncleaned - they say this place has been remodeled - not in years!!!! it is a total scam and dont put yourslef through misery by staying here - not even good for a pet....bathrooms were unsanitary and should be banned from public use - most disgusting place I have ever been....scam!!!!!!!!!

We stayed one night in room 101 and although we asked for a quiet room, it really wasnt very soundproof. The cleaning of the room was ok but the bathrooms were a bit disappointing. Common spaces are big and modern. The checkin and checkout were smooth although no reception on the hote itself.

A bed - that’s it!

860 Dkr for a very small double room with shared bathroooms. The bathrooms were not very clean, paper towels were missing and there wasn’t any soap in the shower. Not really a nice experience or great value. Self service were you lock yourself into the hotel/room works fine.

Very basic. Simple comfort.

Simple comfort.
If you are ok with biking link distance it might be a good deal.
There is a metro stop 10 min walk from the apartment.
Was disappointed with the cleanliness. Especially the bathroom.
It is a bit far from the center. Besides one grocery store there aren't any restaurants or shops in the area.
They have a quite good self check system you'll get all your info on your email before arriving.

Minimalistic

First the positive aspects. Self check in worked out well. The room was very clean, the bathroom very modern, the bed comfortable and the towels and sheets high quality.
The negative aspects: Entrance hall smelt of stale food. Furniture in the room made out of chipboard . Room very spartan but adequate I guess for a short stay. What I really missed were glasses to drink or brush teeth and most importantly there was no hair dryer available although on the hotel web site it is clearly stated that a hair dryer is available. Due to COVID restrictions no breakfast but I did see a room which looked like a breakfast room. Our room was on the ground floor so it wasn’t possible to leave the window open although it was very warm. This hotel is in a residential neighbourhood and next to the hotel is a garage. Entrance not very inviting but there were some plants at the entrance. We chose this hotel cos the people we were visiting lived in the neighbourhood so for others it may not be attractive. Amager is a nice area, with cafès and restaurants and two metro stations.
