A clean and well-equipped flat-style hotel with everything you needed and nothing you didn’t. As a nursing mother they were extra kind about helping with freezing some items as the room didn’t have a freezer. there was a bicycle race during our stay that prevented us from parking on site but they gave us advance notice and told us where to park as an alternative—and then helped us move into their garage after the race. as a bonus, there was a laundromat a 2-minute walk away, which was a game changer traveling with a toddler and an infant. Above all, the location was perfect! a short walk to amazing restaurants and easy for a taxi pick up to the Alhambra (~15 minute ride).

Fabulous apartment. Located well, parking and super clean. The pool was a great touch in this hot city. Kitchen was well equipped to self cater if needs be. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was particularly helpful! Finding parking in the area is tricky and they helped us a great deal.

Good location.

Let's start with the positives: spacious "apartment," very clean, fairly well located, parking available nearby.
On the other hand, several negative points:
1/ The soundproofing; you can hear the phone from the neighboring room vibrating.
2/ No cleaning of the room is scheduled, surprising for a 4-star hotel.
The pool was closed for "renovation" while the website indicated that it would open on May 1st at the time of my booking, information that they changed later to indicate an opening on June 1st, which is not very honest.
