min upplevelse på Aramunt Barcelona lägenhet
Lägenheten var mycket trevligt och rent och rymligt. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam under hela vår vistelse, särskilt tack till Mr Yan. Som verkligen hjälpte till att rymma oss med vad vi behövde och var en stor problemlösare.

Lägenheten var egentligen rätt trevlig, men skulle behöva ses över vad gäller utrustning för matlagning och underhållas. Vi fick prata med personalen ett par gånger för att få till sängplats i bäddsoffan som var acceptabel och badrummet fick vi säga till om vid tre tillfällen på grund av dåligt fungerande avlopp. Personalen var dock trevlig.

Fina lägenheter och stor uppmärksamhet.
Läget är fantastiskt — mycket centralt och perfekt för att ta sig runt. Det som verkligen gjorde vistelsen speciell var personalen, som var otroligt hjälpsam och välkomnande. De gav oss bra rekommendationer för platser att besöka och såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde. Samuel utmärkte sig särskilt för sin vänlighet och känsla för detaljer. Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse och skulle definitivt rekommendera att bo här!

ta en titt någon annanstans
Trots att ha gjort processen för att "SNABB" checka in, vi var tvungna att vänta 1 . 30 timmar för att så småningom nå vårt rum. (receptionisten skickade en taxi med rumsnycklar) .
Nycklar gjordes inte ordentligt och vi gick in i någon rum på 02:00. . .
Deposition tog ett tag att återbetalas.
Till råga på allt, efter att ha klagat, chefen erbjöd en 10 % rabatt för vår nästa resa till Barcelona. : )

Hotel from hell
vi kom till hotellet vid 12 : 35 am. Vi bodde på detta hotell i 2 nätter. Det fanns ingen på hotellet för att checka in oss eller ens öppna dörren till oss. Vi ringde hotellet 5 gånger tills någon svarade som var mycket oförskämd. Han berättade att vi behövde gå till ett hotell en 20 minuters bilresa bort för att checka in där och gå hela vägen tillbaka för att bo på detta hotell totalt kostar oss € 40 i ubers.
Vi är 2 18-åriga flickor som undrar en stad som vi aldrig har varit i förrän 02:00.
Vid incheckningen betalade vi 33 € skatt och 350 € deposition. (som kostade mer än den faktiska semestern) Receptionisten sa att vi skulle ha depositionen överförs tillbaka till mitt konto 24 timmar efter att ha lämnat, men fortfarande inte har fått dessa pengar tillbaka. Som 18-åring växer inte pengarna på träd, det är månader av att spara pengar bara för att inte få tillbaka pengarna till mig.
Hotellrummen var okej annat än buller. Vi var 4: e våningen och kunde höra ALLT.

Moreover, the deposit you mentioned is a standard policy meant to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning needed after your stay. Deposits are released after check-out, upon satisfactory room inspection, and the time this takes to show in your account depends on your bank's processing time.
Additionally, we regret to hear that the sound levels in your apartment were not to your satisfaction. We aim to maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the overall experience we offer.
