A really enjoyable stay

A really enjoyable stay. The rooms give an elegant modern vibe, and the hotel employees are very nice. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Although the location was in the city centre, the friendliness of staff, especially waitresses were poor and inconsistent. They did not know their menu and took forever to serve you and bring your meals. The vegetarian meals at the main restaurant were limited, to the extent that we could order everything on the menu on Day 1 of our stay.
The D’Vine bar/restaurant ran out of desserts and the cappuccino experience differed from day to day.
The breakfast staff were better on most days.
There was a need to constantly call reception for amenities, towels and the safe which was not operational. Overall, not worth the price I paid whilst noting that the parking came at an additional fee, which should have been included for the price of the hotel.
Whilst I felt that the managers of the hotel were more on the ball, the staff were not at the same level, barring the lady who had to bring our amenities to our room on Day 1, as she was quite obliging.

Great rooftop and spacious rooms, but service needs improvement

The hotel is well located in Windhoek, with large, spacious and comfortable rooms. One of its best features is definitely the rooftop bar, a beautiful place to relax, especially at sunset, with great views over the city.
Unfortunately, the service was below what I would expect from a Hilton. The staff did not seem particularly attentive to details. We had to ask for shampoo and shower gel because they had not been replenished. During housekeeping, the bar of soap we had been using was also thrown away. When we asked for a replacement, we were told that the hotel had run out of soap and was waiting for a new supply. These may seem like small details, but they are surprising for a hotel of this category.
The Executive Lounge was also somewhat disappointing, both in terms of atmosphere and the selection of food and drinks, especially compared with other Hilton lounges we have experienced.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities, spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop bar, but the service and attention to guests need improvement to fully meet the standards expected from the Hilton brand.

Great place to stay!

Food at the restaurant was excellent. Brenda greeted us with a warm friendly smile at every meal. The chefs did a great job and the fish pie was excellent.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and nicely appointed. Hotel also has a nice rooftop bar and pool.
