Disappointed

Cleaning need to improve, and some repairs. And make sure bring your own dishwasher soap because they do not add to your kitchen.and so nice place and front desk are so welcome you, but inside need improvement.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The gym is 2 treadmills, a rack of dumbells and 1 bench. Enough to get things done. The pool is small and was closed for most of my stay.

Can be better!

Hotel is located close to almost any place you want to go
Junior suite is like a mini apartment, kitchenette, full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 bathrooms
AC was great!
Employees were all very nice and helpful
Pool is nice
Restaurant on premises
Hotel needs heavy cleaning and upgrading on some areas
Sink in bathroom very moldy
Lights in hallway bulbs are out
No smoke alarm in bedroom
Restaurant make service rules as they go, one day you may have only breakfast buffet and another day you may have full service, buffet and a la carte, buffet is 385 pesos per person and is not the best buffet. I guess is how they feel that day. There is a small local restaurant around the corner that opens around 9am and is great for breakfast or lunch. (Los Platos Rotos) breakfast is around 130 pesos per person.

This is a place to avoid.

We got here and checked in which went smoothly enough. Then, we got to our room and found it very small, very hot and not clean. We decided to leave and get another place.And we would not go back here again.
