I felt like we were staying in Bahia Palace, the vibe was amazing. It felt like a luxury hotel with a budget price tag. The inner courtyard was beautiful with an orange tree and other greenery. The breakfast was simple but freshly made. There were three very polite cats and a turtle. It can be a bit difficult to find, but once you do it is very easy to navigate from the Riad to the souks and the main square. I think the location is fantastic. The owner only really speaks french, but we were able to communicate over whatsapp or through google translate easily. He is super welcoming and pleasant. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this Riad.

Stayed quiet for two weeks...

Superb welcome by Christophe, the owner, with little care at every moment...
The staff is very nice, in a sumptuous setting, typical marrakchi well decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean....

The host Christophe is very warm and available with his two adorable wives who take care of the cleaning (housekeeping to ask each time, included in the price). Efforts to make on the sanitary (evacuation, showers), the 1st floor is on the level of 2 floors - info not specified in the announcement - so very long staircase (to avoid for those with leg pain),

The Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax.
Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe.
I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect.
Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.

Riad authentic atmosphere

Warm and kind welcome by our host Christophe.
Always worried about how everything is going.
Riad simple, elegant and ambiance period.
Summary comfort but very clean sanitary.
Advice:
Be accompanied or guided the first time because complicated access.
Avoid the room on very noisy terrace.
