Clean room but unfortunately no good experience due to nightclub in the house all 5 nights and non-existent isolation

The room was clean and perfectly okay, the location is great right next to old town Split. Unfortunately, nothing makes up for the fact that there is a nightclub in the house and non-existent insulation. From about 23-03 it is terribly loud and makes a good night's sleep impossible. I stayed here 5 nights and all nights the nightclub was in full swing. Warning issued.

DO NOT BOOK!!!

No staff are on site. We had a problem with a noisy air conditioner, which the whats app chat person completely fobbed off until it was too late to have anyone come and look at it. I tried to get a refund so we could check out and find other accommodation but ‘they cannot process refunds’. What a load of bs
Turns out a noisy air con was the least of our worries because from 10pm-3am the club down stairs opens and plays banging music basically into your bedroom, with people from the club hanging around directly outside your bedroom window. The cheap nasty ear plugs provided by the property did nothing to block anything out.
The one time I didn’t read the reviews…..

Impossible to sleep

Our experience was very bad as we could not sleep even one of the 4 nights we stayed. Downstairs there is a nightclub that operates daily until very late in the morning. Music and voices of people make the room vibrate, it is impossible to sleep.
There was never someone at reception to explain and try to solve the problem.
They did not do daily room cleaning, they did NOT change towels.
Location was the only very good thing

After booking, I received an email mentioning potential noise from a nearby club, but the booking was non-refundable, leaving no option to reconsider. The noise from the club was exceptionally loud, far beyond acceptable legal levels, and no earplugs were provided as promised. Additionally, a gym upstairs caused constant thumping noises throughout the day. The property itself felt outdated, with dirty walls, and linens stored in the reception area, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The mattress was worn out, and I had to place the kettle on the floor since there was no available plug at desk level. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Only stay if you are out post 3am, it's really noisy.

To be fair, the rooms and location are really good. However, unless you are a clubber and getting back very late, you will not get any sleep until after 3am. There is a nightclub underneath the rooms, you cannot hear this from the road but it sounds like you are in the DJ booth in the rooms. The soundproofing definitely does not work. Customer service is zero too. This is a shame as the rooms are really great and easy access to the old town in minutes.
Would not recommend or stay again.
