A perfect family stay!
We had an excellent stay at the Pullman Lyon! Our 6-year-old and 8-year-old daughters loved the kid’s club and room service! We loved the executive family room 505. The cleanliness and quality of the room as well as the products used helped make our stay PERFECT! The receptionist at check-in and the one at check-out were very good ! The hotel is right next to the train station!
The only negative point:
- the parking, which we found quite expensive, but at least it was secure and the cleanliness of the parking lot is impeccable!
We recommend this hotel!

Great city hotel right at the train station
The Pullman Lyon impressed us across the board and is, for us, one of the best city hotels we have visited so far. The location right at the main train station is excellent. Underneath the hotel is a modern parking garage with wide parking spaces as well as comfortable entrances and exits, which is very pleasant, especially with a larger vehicle. At 32 euros for 24 hours, it is certainly not cheap, but for a big city, it is absolutely reasonable.
Directly across from the hotel is the modern Westfield Shopping Center with over 100 stores. The generously designed promenade around the hotel also invites you to stroll.
An absolute highlight is the breakfast: Exceptionally varied, high-quality, and with an impressive selection. Also to be highlighted are the friendliness, warmth, and helpfulness of the entire staff. Our room was pleasantly large for a city hotel and very comfortable.
We were particularly touched by the loving welcome of our dog. Even in specialized dog hotels, we have rarely experienced such warm attention with a small welcome gift. We rarely give the highest rating for city hotels – but for us, the overall package at the Pullman Lyon is simply right. An unrestricted recommendation!

Superb hotel
We had two nights at the Pullman Lyon. The hotel is modern and well-located near the Part-Dieu station, making it convenient for travel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall stay was solid. The gym is very comprehensive - lots of weight equipment and machines. Would recommend for a trip to Lyon.

Fantastic hotel from start to finish. All the staff were fantastic, especially Alen who checked us in, a great asset to this hotel.
