Great times

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful.
I received a free upgrade. The apartment is excellent and has everything that you need.
Beautiful hotel, Great breakfast, and access to a rooftop terrace, gym and jacuzzi with beautiful views of the city and mountains.
Jacuzzi is especially beautiful at night with the lights and fire pit!
I will definitely be back. Sooner than later.
I want to thank everyone at the hotel.
Host Jhon Perez- great guy and makes everything happen. Thanks for all you did.
Chef Antonio - prepares delicious dishes
Staff Patricia - thanks for having the room so clean and helping arrange and clean my clothes.

I feel sad that I have to write this review the property has so much potential and the staff is really friendly but the have a cockroach infestation in the building we killed 5 one night right next to our bed, on the floor, in the bathroom just not sanitary the range from tiny ones to huge ones really disgusting. We had to live on our 3rd night couldn’t take it anymore. We were supposed to stay for 17 nights but it just wasn’t duable really awful.

For being a last minute stay, this place was better than expected and highly recommended. The rooftop is has a spectacular view of Medellin.

Bed was comfortable amenties were excellent view was amazing, my only issue were the roaches in the room which was the only down side to the stay.
