Hello Sofia Guesthouse ligger i en historisk byggnad i centrala Sofia, 800 meter från Nationalteatern och 1 km från Alexander Nevskij-katedralen.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, very good price!
I stayed here for 5 nights on February 2021. By the time of my arrival madam Desi who working there meet me outside in order to make it easier for me. She was so friendly and helpful person during my stay, she answered all my questions and helped me with many things (starts from the best spots with a high rate to exchange money and explaining me the right directions and places "must visit" in the city and many other things)!
The location itself just unbeatable, cause there is a metro station "Serdica" near by, other public transport available and actually so many city sights are just in 5-10 minutes by walk!!!
Even though it was a cold weather outside,the apartments inside was warm enough,clean and tidy. I had the room with attached bathroom so the hot water was available all day long, Wi-Fi provided free by the host. Also there was a T/V in my room. I think even if you will stay for a long period the management might consider a best prices for you,cause staff and their management are so kind and helpful people and definitely they are professionals.
Thanks a lot "Hello Sofia guesthouse" for your hospitality, assistance and welcoming me on a high level. Definitely I will stay here again once I'm here in Sofia. Best of luck and wish your business to grow and expand all over the world not only within Bulgaria ;-)

Horrible staffs
I have booked the accommodation in july.
I have few conversations with them after they sent some information. I wrote a review on Google and that's why charged my card before 2days arrive time. That's not acceptable. Of course I have reported to my bank. Very frustrated start my holiday like this. It was a huge misstake. Never ever
"Lastly we could discuss some cancellation fee reduction as we usually do and even to not charge you at all, but after seeing your impudent and ridicules online review on google, for a property which you never visited, blaming us just because of your mistake"

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY! THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!
I had booking with this property. My airline changed schedule of my flight and they did not want to change reservation as goodwill in these hard times. Also, they did not want to return the money for prepayment. They were rude on the phone. I never had such situation in my whole life. I even do not want to hear about them and I recommend everybody to go somewhere elso and avoid this property!

Horrible experience
Very inhospitable staff, on check-in we had to wait for over 30 mins to get our room and were initially made to stay in a twin bedroom when we specifically selected a double bedroom upon booking and confirmed this via email when asked a few days prior to our stay.
Place looks completely run down from outside. Rooms are quite dirty. Furthermore, the room with private bathroom has the sink in the bedroom which is quite strange and uncomfortable. On a related note, the bed is way too soft making it very uncomfortable.
Location is very central and place was not very expensive but considering the aforementioned issues, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good location nice
Me and a friend stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Sofia. The location of the guesthouse is a great location as you are only a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Sofia. The rooms were clean and the ladies where very polite and helpful.
