Fab location, breakfast, $ & free parking

The ladies that worked the FD were great, solving a booking error on our part. Super clean, great AC in the heat, microwave in lobby for guest use. B’fast is omelettes with cheese, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits, danish, ETC & until 9:30! From 5-6 there is different cheeses, meats, crackers, grapes, olives. Chocolate chip cookies too at times. So nice to take this plate to our room & eat in the chairs outside with the view. There is also free bottled water in the frig in the lobby (also 2 in your mini frig). Bathroom has 2 bars of soap, bottles of shampoo, conditioner & lotion. It is literally NEXT door to Marion motor lodge but there is FREE parking here & can arrive early & checkout late with it!
They even put out more b’fast when ppl were coming in at 9:20! Location is great!!

For the likely age of the structure and its location along the waterfront, I found the property to be as expected. Despite a very slight musty smell upon entering the room which was not an issue once the air was turned up, I found the property to be clean and the staff accommodating. Unlike the bigger chains, there was seating available just outside the room for your comfort and enjoyment and there were other minor details which were also noted and appreciated. Breakfast was okay. Location was convenient and view was good. I also appreciated the quiet after 10pm.

The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are super clean, and well maintained. The beds are new, and very comfortable. The breakfast that is made fresh on site, is tasty and diverse. I feel that it out performs much more expensive brand name hotels by a wide margin!

This was most definitely one of our best places to stay. Not only the property, but the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable too. So quite. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Walking distance to just about anywhere. We are excited for our next visit to The Bayfront Inn.
