I would say it was a perfect stay with clean room, nice breakfast and super helpful staff bur squeaky bed with hard as a rock bed spoiled it all.

Great staff, room could have better mattresses and quite A/C

Staff was great and friendly. The lobby and guest room was clean and seemed well maintained. I just wish the bed was not so firm and had to turn off the A/C to sleep since it was so load and rattling.

Outstanding hotel experience.

Our extended stay was due to a flood in our kitchen. We were able to connect with the staff regularly. Our interactions with the following made our stay memorable: Sean was the front desk manager who greeted us in a friendly manner. Always upbeat. Next was Jason, we met him one morning at the free breakfast in the hotel lobby. He offered outstanding service. Jeremiah checked us in at the front desk our first night. He provided us with our pass keys and was helpful is getting us settled for our extended stay and always had a smile on his face. I found our room to be clean, roomy and the temperature perfect. Karina, at the front desk was helpful in getting us comfortable in our surroundings, for example where the local restaurants were etc. We also met Will, who helped us with good customer service. Finally, there was Odetta. We met her outside our room while we were leaving to go meet with our contractor. She was also outstanding greeting us with a "good morning".
Justin was able to do a repair in our bathtub/shower quickly.
If you are lucky enough to stay at this location, you might meet this people and have an outstanding experience!

Comfortable stay

We had a super comfortable stay at Hampton Inn, Eugene, OR.
Shaun, the front desk manager went out of his way to make us comfortable.
Hotel room was super clean. Two other front desk employees also were pleasant.

Clean room, hot breakfast, very helpful staff.
I would have liked a makeup mirror in the bathroom.
