The room was immaculate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was had many choices including fresh strawberries and real oatmeal.

We had a great stay! The pool and hot tub were nice, and the room was very comfortable! The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was also great!! We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed for 4 nights in Durango at this hotel. Parking is great, views are stellar and our room was very clean. The housekeeping staff even stopped by on a cleaning day (every other) to make sure we had what we needed. We couldn't figure out how to access Netflix on our tv (I don't think it was a smart tv either), but considering we weren't there to just watch tv, no big deal. Super convenient to WalMart and that's always nice.

Excellent breakfast. Could be cleaner and the pool and hot tub was down for maintenance and they were the main reason for picking this hotel after hiking Mesa Verde National Park.

Overall the hotel was good, but the beds were super, super uncomfortable! If you like really hard beds, then that's the hotel for you.
