We had a great stay, the room and over all the hotel was clean and well manage. Always some willing to help or guide you. Staff were nice and friendly with our kids. The pool was great, water was clean and area was clean too. Breakfast was as expected, according to my husband eggs omelette need some work but he is a picky eater.

While i have no particular irritation with the front desk people, I found some of the policies of the hotel to be below what I expected from a Hampton and also i found some of the management personnel to be incredibly irritating. While I plan on being back again in this area, this particular Hampton has lost my business.

Our stay was wonderful.
The motel was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The staff is outstanding and the room was immaculate and well designed
Although there was a small maintenance issue with whirlpool in the pool area. The staff was extremely apologetic and even gave me my choice from the sweet shop for the inconvenience. The staff member called the morning team to make sure that maintenance was alerted and could attend to it first thing.

When we checked into our room, to our surprise there was someone else in there using the restroom. Needless to say it shocked us both. When we went back to the front desk they barely apologized and said “oh we gave the wrong room keys by mistake” that was it. They acted very nonchalant about the whole thing that was rather nerve racking. I’ve traveled A LOT and have never benefited from given keys to an occupied room! I understand mistakes happen but their response of not caring was just as bad as the mistake.
Later when we got to our ‘new’ room, there were no bath towels. When I called to ask for them I was told “they are the front desk”. No offer to bring them up, no apology nothing.
So unfortunately the attention to detail and customer service is greatly lacking.
