Beautiful quaint little guest house

Beautiful old guest house just along from Royal Crescent.
A very friendly welcome, clean and spacious room and bathroom.
Particularly liked the large chandelier above the bed and large sash window, beautiful to wake up to a bright, sunny morning (Very Jane Austen style).
Heard a guest telling their partner the place needed a lift - i wouldn't recommend booking here if you cant climb stairs and im fairly sure nit many quaint Georgian houses had lifts!!! Maybe try a modern hotel instead (where you won't get the rustic charm)...

The location is amazing. Just a couple doors down in a side street from the Circus, an historical housing complex. A quick walk to the Roman baths. And walking distance from the train station. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Such a lovely place!

My partner and I stayed here during our first trip to Bath, and we had such a wonderful experience. The room was lovely, and the views were absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights was being just a short walk from the Royal Crescent, making it the perfect spot for an evening stroll.
The location is fantastic—close enough to the town centre to explore everything Bath has to offer, while still feeling peaceful. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return on our next visit!

This is an old building, not air-conditioned, no lift and mini fridge. Our room was on the top floor. It is really hot during summer. Room is small for 3-4 people. It is a place just for stay overnight.

There’s better places to stay in Bath

This place sucks. It was so hot, no ac, given a fan that barely works. Also expect to have no cell service or wifi despite them saying there is. The breakfast was not good either. No lift so you’ll have to take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The place itself is not that nice and just so hot there is literally no ac at all in the building so we did not sleep well. The place is also loud you can hear people coming home from the bars or sitting at the bus stop right outside the room hooting and hollering
