Spacious and well located room

We stayed one night during the route of the way of Santiago.
It is a spacious room, with a wide window that overlooks the street, so a lot of natural light comes in.
Everything was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was also very spacious.
We were very comfortable and treated very kindly.
The accommodation is a few meters from the main street, close to shops and supermarkets.

Unpresentable everything.

Unpresentable. We were quickly and badly served at a bar two blocks from the so-called Pension. A person dropped us off at the street door of the building and told us that on floor 3 was the room. No more.
Room with old, damaged and uncomfortable furniture. The wardrobe, with only one hanger, cannot be opened because it collides with the bed!!? No table lamps, impossible to move in the room....
To top it off, charging for two ice cubes I ordered for my wife's puffy hand is ugly.

TO SLEEP IN A CLEAN PLACE

After travelling 40 km from Portomarín, it was a good idea to book this Pension. I think it is a family business, and has a restaurant specializing in grilled meats (offers menu at €12). Pension is in a nearby building and occupies three floors. I stayed on the third floor in room n.9, very clean and with a comfortable mattress (although it sank a bit) and for which I paid 40€ (August 2024), but the problem is that the sun gives you in the afternoon and the heat can be unbearable (even lowering the blinds). The soundproofing of the rooms is poor and finally, the elevator is quite an Attraction, I have never caught one so slow.

rest on the French path

the room is clean and the bed comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bathroom is spacious and clean, there is an elevator, I recommend it very good value for money. well located on the camino. heating and hot water

Camino France from Sarria

This is a very efficiently run bar and hostel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfectly suitable and clean, their are no extras but really what do you need for one night. We stayed in twin rooms that had en suite and the breakfast was perfect for our needs. It is about 300m off the camino but very easy to find. I would recommend for the camino.
