The room was comfortable except for the light cushions which were slightly incompletely covering the life coming into the room. otherwise all good comparing to the value of the price paid. helpful stuff

Great location

Pros
- Fantastic location in old Ciutadella
- very clean and nice decor
- lovely helpful manager
- lots of good food and drink options options close by
Cons
- no parking (approx 700m away)
- no drinking water in room
- no glasses in room
- no cups or tea/coffee making facilities in room
- we were unlucky and had noisy neighbors above so pack ear plugs in case
- no blankets on bed only sheets (blanket provided upon request)
- safe was locked on arrival and staff needed to unlock

Lovely clean room, right in the middle of Ciutadella - a stones throw from the market. Stayed in the room on the ground floor and it was not noisy. Would stay again!

Great room very central

We stayed here for 1 night, in the room with a private court yard and it was great.
Instructions came through at check in time (14:00) were clear and easy to use.
The room was clean and comfortable, with air con that could also be used as heat (as cold when we visited). Lovely modern bathroom with big bottle of shower gel. Also a fridge which was useful.
There were there of us and my daughter stayed on a sofa bed which was comfortable. The main beds were also comfy.
On check out the lady was very friendly checking if everything was okay.
I would recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Hotel tres tocs scandalous

This hotel cancelled my reservation at the last minute, citing an electrical problem, staff not present on site and very unpleasant on the phone.
Apparently this type of event is recurrent from the surrounding shops
Highly discouraged
