Amazing location
Location of the hotel is perfect, right by the beautiful beach, restaurants, shops and harbour.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean with a lovely sea view.
Breakfast was amazing and regularly kept topped up, the pancakes were my favourite
Would have given 5 stars but couldn't sleep as my bed was really uncomfortable.
Other than that I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.
Big bonus for the shower and toilets that you could use after check out and leave your bags for no extra cost.

A week at Miramar
Location is right on the sea front so couldn't be better, the rooms were nice and clean and adequate for a holiday stay. Food was excellent, great choice to choose from. Lovely sitting and chill out areas. Although the Pool was over the road from the main site it a good area with a jacuzzi. We had a gr8 holiday with all the staff very friendly and helpful

No sleep at night, wasted vacations.
Do not take this hotel if you think Can Picafort is quiet small city. Constant concerts with loud music played by dj with no creative atmosphere. This hotel is nearby the port and market with scene. Sleep is impossible. Wasted vacations. Hotel is full, no possibility to change room for more quiet one. Out of 6 nights, 3 were with DJ playing music with at least 140 db, you can't stand nearby the scene. Windows in hotel are totally not soundproof, you hear the full radio or dj YouTube in your room as you would put loud music speaker inside of the room. Food is quite good. No free water at dinner. Cleaning could be better. View is ok, but what of that if you are frustrated due to lack of sleep. You do not choose Can Picafort for constant loud concert outside of your room. Do not recommend. Not worth your time. I am writing this at 1:16 am for your knowledge. This is my last night here.

Regarding the room, our housekeeping team follows a daily cleaning routine and regularly changes the bed linen. Nevertheless, we are sorry that the cleanliness did not fully meet your expectations.
We also appreciate your positive comments regarding our cuisine. As you mentioned, when booking half board, breakfast and dinner at the buffet restaurant are included. Hot drinks are included during breakfast; however, neither cold nor hot beverages are included during dinner and must be paid for separately.

Dispointed
The best thing about hotel is the location, rooms are basic but clean enough, bathrooms need update. Bar and restaurant staff very efficient, the cocktails are some of the best, breakfast was good, dinner for us not so good, very much geared towards Spanish, German etc guests, didn't feel their was much choice for us, also felt at time ignored by staff, with the exception of David the waiter he was 1st class. Had a issue with tv , the maintenence man changed tv and ariel but this still didn't resolve the problem, asked again for it to be fixed but I think they couldnt be bothered, so we were largely ignored again, receptionist's we were OK, but at times not that helpful. We had a good holiday but would we come back, the answer is no .

Good address
Nice hotel, very good location, good restaurant
Small downside regarding the cleaning which was not done one day, no shower gel during the stay either
