Simple and efficient hotel where everything clean at a good price/quality ratio. Good stop for the Camino.

Very poor customer service

I booked directly with the Hotel Payro because they are not on Booking. The reservation was 5 rooms in advance, for a family walk along the Camino de Santiago. I booked in November 2024 for May 2025. I forgot this reservation. The Hotel Payro never followed me up, also did not notify me in advance of the date, did not ask me pre-registration in advance and charged me the total value of the rooms that I do not use (350 Eu). I kindly tried to negotiate a minor penalty, but this request was not accepted by the Hotel owner. Recommendation: Always use the most organized Booking platform, reminds you in advance of your bookings, facilitates plan changes and provides you with very good customer service

The best!

I recently arrived from Cuba and have stayed in several hotels in Milladoiro... this is definitely the best, I loved it.
Excellent price, attention, cleanliness and a lot of respect for the privacy and rest of the client. It became my favorite hotel in Milladoiro.

Don’t waste your money!

Disappointed - would never book here again, and would not wish the same experience for anyone else. Very poor customer service. Negative response from the management, expected better. Even allowing for Covid, you come across as ‘on the make’.
