An Unforgettable Stay at W Doha.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at W Doha from 22–25 July, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making my stay such a memorable one.
From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. Before my arrival, I encountered an issue with my immigration application, as I was unable to access the required system. The Reservation and Front Office teams went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process, and I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman from the Bell Team, originally from Nepal. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was incredibly kind and friendly. He escorted me to my room, introduced me to the hotel facilities, and shared helpful recommendations, making me feel welcomed from the very first moment.
I would also like to recognise the Front Office associate who checked me in. He mentioned that he had been with W Doha for about five to six months. Although I don’t recall his name, his professionalism, confidence, and genuine hospitality were truly impressive.
The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. One of the things I loved most was the hotel’s location. Situated in the heart of Doha, it was incredibly convenient to explore the city. Shopping malls, restaurants, and even the beach were within walking distance, making it the perfect base for both relaxation and sightseeing.
Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. A heartfelt thank you to Thant (from Myanmar), Parnela, Devish, and Juno (from Nepal)for taking such wonderful care of us every morning. They were attentive, warm, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. I would also like to thank the breakfast supervisor (a guy), whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, for ensuring everything ran smoothly and delivering such excellent service.
Lastly, I would like to recognise the In-Room Dining team, especially Mahesh and Yassin. They were always courteous, responsive, and happy to assist with every request, making our stay even more comfortable.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience. Every team member we encountered demonstrated genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and a fantastic location made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at W Doha for making us feel so welcome. I look forward to returning in the future.

AMAZING BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
Amazing atmosphere here in COYA DOHA!! We celebrated my friend’s birthday! Very detaliled oriented, amazing food and location! I sincerely want to thank especially to Mr. Ahmed, and Miss Rachel for the wonderful surprise! These people are amazing, very helpful, very kind! Thank you once again, Mr. Ahmed and Miss Rachel. I will be back here soon for sure!

San and Rupesh are absolutely the best, their service is amazing and I truly appreciate them. Will definitely sit in their section next time.

All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from check in to arranging transportation and suggested activities. We enjoyed all the restaurants and especially COYA, a fine dining Peruvian restaurant tucked away on the Mezzanine Level. The beach access is easy and a perk. I will definitely stay here again and other well known hotels in the area fall short compared to the W.
