A big thank you to Malaki team

We stopped by Malaki Restaurant at the Raffles Doha for afternoon tea, and we had a lovely experience. Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the service.
A special thank you to Rihab, who was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and always smiling. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. She even brought the coffee that my friend specifically requested and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our afternoon.
Thank you, Rihab, for your kindness and attention to detail. You truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back again!

Amazing staycation

Amazing staycation, service is top notch , breakfast was amazing , Kamal was amazing in accommodating all our breakfast requests and the food was of highest quality all the team truly a delight .
Room was truly a dream , butler prepared a nice surprise for my daughter with balloons and snacks .
Mohammed at the pool took care of us and was a gem .
I would definitely recommend the hotel

Amazing

I was very impressed with Raffles Doha. Room was huge and out of expectation. I feel comfy and luxury at the same time.
All facilities are beyond my imagination!
I really enjoy the Breakfast at L'Artisan restaurant, the staff have been incredibly courteous and cooperative (Wafa, Hamza, and Karim).

Amazing experience

I had an excellent check-in experience at Raffles Doha, thanks to the exceptional service from my butler, Ibrahim Kholil. He was incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive, taking the time to thoroughly show me around the hotel and explain all the amenities, facilities, restaurants and their opening times. He also went through everything in the room in great detail, making sure I understood how everything worked and had everything I needed. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, and his service really set the tone for what has been a fantastic stay. He is a real credit to Raffles Doha and I would like to thank him for making our arrival so smooth and memorable.

Everything thing about this hotel was absolutely amazing! We would most definitely stay here again on a return visit just to see Joseph at the front entrance.
