Great staycation!

Great atmosphere and cozy stay. The new room is modern & spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options, my daughter really love the chocolate muffin. Staff is supportive and well mannered.

My experience staying at the hotel

Was staying in this hotel from 29 June to 2 July 2026. The hotel is very clean and look new. As the hotel is still under renovations during this period, some part of the hotel is not available for use and there are drilling noise during the day. Other than that, the room was comfortable and spacious. Did not try out the buffet in the hotel , hence I am unable to comment on that. The location of the hotel is very good, it is within walking distance to the Kuching riverfront. There is lots of food option in the nearby old bazaar. The walk to the surrounding is also very easy and not at all stressful. Service of the hotel is good.

Wonderful 5 star hotel

Stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights and the experience was amazing .Recently refurbished with a large comfortable room with a designer ambience from the carpet to the furniture to the huge clean bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.Easy to walk to the river and surrounding attractions , so beautiful once the sun sets and the river lights up . Breakfast had many choices and tasty although hot food was generally cold. I had an issue with my room door not closing or locking and Mee Mee organized for maintenance to repair and offered complimentary breakfast . A thoughtful gesture many thanks Mee Mee. The pool was so clean , the lobby world class with plenty of comfortable couches. The staff all very attentive, polite and always smiling. I would certainly stay there again and recommend the Pullman highly.

A Warm, Upscale Hospitality Experience at Pullman Kuching

I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Kuching during my business trip here. The hotel has recently been renovated and refurbished, with improvements made to most of the guest rooms and public areas. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had a cosy atmosphere.
From check-in to breakfast, the entire experience was excellent.
A special thanks to Samantha for making my check-in smooth and hassle-free. Elfa was also exceptional. I accidentally had a minor superficial cut from a fork during breakfast on my second day. When I asked Elfa for a plaster, she kindly provided one. What impressed me even more was that every morning after that, she thoughtfully prepared a fresh plaster for me without me having to ask. It was a small gesture that reflected her genuine care and excellent hospitality. It was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.
I’d also like to thank Angela for helping to refill my water bottle with ice every morning.
The team’s warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely stay at Pullman Kuching again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching.

Had a wonderful experience! The service was friendly and attentive, the place was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back again.
