Good bed, good view

Spacious apartment, clean and with good quality, good bed and good insulation. With an elevator.

Unprofessional Management

The place it's dirty and have insect in the kitchen room, absolutely terrible, on top of that I'm not sure this place it's legal bed and breakfast, I will definitely make a research in order to understand if they have the right allowance to make business in this house, I honestly doubt that, however we will see with the local authorities in order to get to the bottom of this. If they are not legally allowed to operate as a bed and breakfast they will definitely have huge problem with local authorities

The restaurant has good food, great service and an great view of leginha and Monte Cara

The restaurant has good food, great service and an amazing view of leginha and Monte Cara. I did not stay in the hotel. I only had lunch several times in the restaurant.
The mojito and Caipirinha were excellent.

WARNING: This is not an hotel. It is a condo owned by an Italian. The owner did not leave me any instructions as how to get into the building, and there is no reception. No key was left with the security guy. No email or phone call was received with some kind of explanation. I called the Gold Member support at Hotels.com that same afternoon, and they did not manage to help me. 6 days later I still haven't heard anything from them (!). My card has been charged, and I have not been refunded. It is totally unacceptable.
