Enjoy nature and your stay

1. This hotel is in middle of forest and view in morning is totally mesmerizing. It is not a building but cottage with AC and private pool which makes your stay pure luxury
2. Rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms Have Showers And Complimentary Toiletries.
3. It is situated in close proximity of scenic river bank makes it one of the best hotel.
4. Food taste is good and you can take complimentary breakfast. Since it is bit remote, your network may not work and you have to rely on wifi. They close the dining by 10:30 as staff have to reach home.
5. Reaching hotel is tough if you are not travelling by private car
6. Service is good and fast.
7. Raja Seat is 30 km from Sixth Element, while Abbi Falls is 37 km from the property. The nearest airport is Kannur International Airport, 91 km from the accommodation.

Service is very bad for the premium property is asking for.

Service is a big issue for the premium the property charges. Room and swimming pool are good. For food no options available on live counter which made it really difficult for kids to eat anything available on the counter.
Glasses and cups a deliberately kept small so u can take less of everything. My 10 year old daugher had to take watermelon juice multiple times just to make it a single filling for her. I would recommend to have food outside only many options are available.
The staff is rude when it comes to giving service but checkout reminder comes everyday regardless of your date of checkout, everymorning u get a message to check out at 11 am.

Falls short / mediocre / you are always in an asking mode..

Toiletries in room are mostly not provided, you have to call and ask for most of the things indicating that they are in a cost cutting mode. Breakfast spread is quite limited and mostly cold; since the live counter is not visible, you have to ask for things and it does take time..
Chef did not know how to make simple butter chicken. We asked to make it again but without access. Room was clean and so was the linen, but the wooden parts are worn out. No amenities around the resort to boast of, though the surroundings are pretty.
Overall, we felt that the willingness to delight or serve isn't there. So at best, avoidable at this price point..

Do not recommend. Avoid it

The stay is not at all worth the price that they charge. Claiming themselves as a luxury hotel, but there is nothing much to do in this hotel except the private pool that they have. The lights are too dim in the rooms. They do not have any indoor games or club house facility. Restaurant does not serve half of the dishes available in the menu stating the tandoor facility not working. The dishes were not cleared till next day morning for in room service ordered and just kept by the staff in the small lawn next to the room. Will not recommend the hotel.

If you want to spoil your outing plz book .Reception and Restraunt is not good

Bad restaurant and reception. Dont pick calls. When you order food, they will say doesn’t receive your order even after reminding three times. A usual reply of Sorry, we have not taken order even if it’s repeated three times. If you want to spoil your outing pl book
