Perfect Location

Just back from our 1st time in Parga staying in the best location in the Utopia Studios.
If you are wanting modern up to date apartments this is not for you. If you are wanting the most fantastic location with first class friendly service then definitely chose the Utopia.
Immaculately clean with only 7 apartments in the building with a lovely little bar and bistro under the apartments on ground level.
You are practically on the beach and just about 5 minutes from the harbour.
We have stayed in apartments before and never had a balcony as big or with the most fabulous view. We had our own sunbeds on the balcony which was the biggest bonus

Utopia, Parga.

Utopia Studios are fantastically situated for the beach and town and shops of Parga.
The self-catering apartments are very comfortable if not a little out dated.
They have all you needs for self catering including air con.!!!!
Situated above a Taverna you will never run short of food !!
Also the staff are very friendly and helpful should you experience any problems.
Enjoy your stay at Utopia.

Great location at sea level and directly opposite the beach.

Apartments are completed to a high level, although they are on the small side. We had a large sea facing terrace to the front with sun and shade. Great views. Dining only available on terrace but was protected when end of season rain hit !
Disappointing that, as residents, we were charged for sun beds notwithstanding purchasing from the bistro too. Bistro was disappointing- mainly salads or sandwiches and not all available as they running down stocks for the end of the season.

Excellent stay, love Utopia studios.

Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you from Paul and Paula, just back home today after staying at utopia, fantastic location, loved the corner bath in our room 106, had bubble baths every day lol, will definitely be coming back if we can get booked back in, only thing I would do is put a better mattress on the bed, Yamas Demtris and the girls.. X..
