Wonderful view... and all!

The Chácara da Sorte conquers by sight. The rooms are located to the west with large glass doors. You can see a wonderful sunset. The look is stunning.
Unfortunately the service is not the right time. Unprepared personnel, without the ability to deal with the normal unforeseen of a hospitality establishment. The restaurant does not have the ability to serve all guests.
The cleaning item was what left more to be desired. The room was released 90 minutes after check-in time. Also, under the bed was filthy with dust bulbs from those that form when we spend time without cleaning something. When requesting the cleaning, they did exactly just that, will clean under the bed, until the toilet garbage can remain unclean.

Unprepared management.

First there is no proper reception of chekin and checkout. Owner of the chalet highly unprepared as the manager of the venue. ( Failure to communicate how the stay / rules work.)
We entered on 07/01 at 15 hrs. Departure on 8/01. Daily of 24 hrs. Therefore at no time in the chekin time was said that the checkout would be 12 hrs the next day. Therefore, we were free to leave at 15 hours until he approached us with a lot of roughness regarding the stay time. (which had passed the schedule, and we entered much later than the chekin time. And there were guests going away, so there would be some flexibility in terms of time. Even because nothing was informed. Finally we left before the scheduled time. And our experience was awful, breakfast without replacement (I ate egg at nine in the morning. I asked the employee if he would resume, and he said NO. I was calm, because by then I was very good and hungry.
Employees are careless and uninterested in providing good service. Dona Patrícia (PROPRIETARY) does not have a professional WhatsApp that can give a welcoming attention to the guests (responses when it gives) impossible to make a PRE-RESERVE. Chácara with a good structure, but loses its essence when you have managers who do not know how to do a good care.
