Do not stay here!

On booking.com it says 4 stars, the sign out the front of the hotel says 3.5 stars, it's a long way from 4 stars!
I walked into reception & it smelt terrible, looked at the room & we couldn't bring ourselves to stay there.
I would've been happy to pay a booking fee for not staying but they charged our credit card full price & wouldn't give any refund.

Friendly staff but room needs a good freshen up. The bed was not the best either.

Not for us

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is dated and worn out. The air conditioner was pumping out dust, in need of a clean. Bedside lamp not working. Dead flys on window sill. People smoking near room. Would not stay there again, sorry.
Less than 10 minutes walk to local restaurants, pubs and shops. Close to Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory.

Outwardly unappealing, but once inside friendly, clean and comfortable. Come back to stay? Yes 100%

Everything except its outward appearance, but then, appearances can be deceiving, and in this case, VERY DECEIVING.
It was awesome. Whilst the rooms were not huge and overly modern they were clean and very comfortable, and I have a fussy wife! The parking is behind the rooms and with no messy cars, the front of all the rooms face out on to an oasis of green grass surrounding the clean pool, the kids had a ball. In busy times, possibly the only thing needed could be another table or two with umbrellas.
