A great place to stay and very well located

The Deco is the perfect place to stay, not too far from the city or the airport. Their facilities are great with wifi and the rooms are a comfortable place to work. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and are always smiling. I have stayed there several times when in Canberra and will be back next time.

Lovely and useful accessible room which would suit some but not all

Stayed in a two bedroom accessible apartment. Overall, a lovely room. Good amount of circulation space for one wheelchair user - second bedroom could not accommodate a second wheelchair user. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Enormous couch and good sized dining space. Solid kitchenette. The one bathroom was an ensuite to the main bedroom, so would not be perfect for all groups needing two rooms. Staff were genuinely lovely. Parking was easy and free when the room was booked directly (rather than by a third party site). Will definitely stay again.

The Deco hotel is our favourite place to stay in Canberra. We have stayed in range of the 1-bed and 2-bed apartment configurations since 2020, and every stay is perfect! We cannot fault anything.
The staff are consistently helpful and always have accommodated my requests, and the housekeeping staff are incredible. I do not know how they keep the showers looking as if they have just been built after 6 years.
Parking is free, and easy to access.
Rooms are very quiet considering the locations near Northbourne Ave. and Braddon.
Apartments are very generously sized, great kitchen, laundry and well equipped with large sofas, + we have always had a balcony with chairs and table.
Lovely bedding, range of pillows and good quality linens.
The on-site restaurant, which we have only used once, is also very good.
Special mention of Harpreet, on front desk, who has assisted us on our last 2 stays. His customer service is excellent - thank you!
I feel the accomm is excellent value for the quality of the hotel and highly recommend

Great stay in Canberra

Booking online was painless and we got a good price. We were automatically upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was appreciated. Parking was complimentary as we had booked directly with the hotel.
The room was clean, the amenities first class and the staff were friendly.
Location was great and not far from shopping centres and places of interest.
This is my go to hotel when staying in Canberra.

Book it!

Outstanding service from staff and beautiful facilities. The rooms are high level and have every feature you could want. Parking was easy, lovely onsite restaurant and bar, and the staff were always available. Booked directly with the hotel which was easy and we got a great price. They were very helpful with changes I needed to make and so friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would go back again.
