Great Hospitality & Service.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Smarak. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The service was smooth, and the food was also delicious. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Worst Hotel Experience – Not Recommended
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
Manager's Behaviour: The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving issues, he responded with statements like, "If you don't come, my hotel will still run." This is not the way guests should be treated.
Staff & Service: The staff's behaviour was poor, and the service was slow and unhelpful. They were not cooperative whenever we raised concerns.
Food: The quality and taste of the food were below average and did not meet expectations.
Pool Party: During the pool party, security guards, hotel staff, and even other hotel guests were recording videos from the balconies, which was a serious invasion of guests' privacy.
Extra Charges: The hotel charged extra amounts that were not clearly explained in advance.
False Promises: At the time of booking, we were assured that all promised services would be provided. However, after arrival, when we questioned missing arrangements, the staff simply said, "This is what we have. If you want it, stay; otherwise, leave."
Dance Program Issues: During the dance program, they provided only one basic sound system without proper lighting. When we requested better arrangements, they refused and said nothing more could be done.
Room Check-in Delay: Although we were promised rooms by 12:00 PM, they were not provided until around 2:00 PM.
Final Verdict:
I do not recommend this hotel for stays, business meetings, dealer trips, corporate events, or any type of organized program. The management, service, and overall experience were highly disappointing.

Horrible Disastrous Stay

Not a pleasant experience. The toilet was stinking horrible. Room was full of cigarette smell of previous occupant/s - not properly cleaned. Plus if you call the reception no one picks up the phone - gets the response only after continuous 2 or 3 attempts. Again it was rather a party house than a hotel - loud music, dancing and shouting till mid night - could not sleep well. Despite of hotel rules of night curfew from 10pm to 7am yet it was not followed. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Best place to stay at hetauda

The rooms are nice, well maintained, comfortable beds at suite room
Food was great, staffs were great, overall vibe of the hotel is nice

Very bad experience I don't like the vibe it doesn't match my character so better I am away from this hotel hope it will changed
