Affordable yet nice

Rooms - Good , clean and smartly made. Good sofa and the table. Perfect for corporates and even for families , singles and couples.
They don’t have a kitchen , the complimentary breakfast they offer comes from outside at 8 am.
Breakfast : basic tea + veg poha , parantha etc etc (No omlette )
Service : was very prompt and helpful, Zomato was the option, they don’t ask you to come down , that’s rare. They have delivered again n again at the room without asking or requesting.
The reception management had a very noticeable humble , polite behaviour.
Rate wise : value for money
Recommended for sure

Rude reception manager...no guest service

Do not stay here if you are with family or if you want any service.
It can just be an overnight place to sleep and nothing else.
The front desk person was so rude. he did not even look up and made eye contact when we were speaking. Despite telling him to pay attention, he was just not bothered. we were experiencing power outage every 2 mins and we asked what is the issue. he very rudely/sarcastically said 'electricity department doesn't tell me their issue, it is a problem at their end, i cant do anything'. He could have just replied the same thing politely.
We paid for extra bed when they confirmed that they will give us proper bed. However, it was just a sofa bed which rolls out on floor and not big enough to accommodate a person.
Additionally, the water leaks in washrooms from the shower area to the whole washroom.
Also, the hotel is on main road and traffic disturbs you the whole night. when we stayed there, there was some 'Jagrata' happening and the music on loudspeaker was blasting till 5am.
They have no in-house kitchen so you have to order food from outside. They breakfast which is part of the stay doesn't come before 8am so if u want to leave early, you wont get anything.
So overall, I would not recommend to stay at this place.

Hotel Element revieq

Basically you should know that its service aprt...before check in
And service is average
Reception guy has different level attitide
Its not at value for money
You will get far better options in Rajkot

Marvelous

I stayed in this hotel on 10 and 11 November'18. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. The decor was excellent. Room service was prompt and the staff was very courteous polite and helpful. The hotel should think about adding variety to the breakfast menu. I got the value of the money that I paid to them. Thank you !!

Rajkot visit for navratri

Awsome hotel in rajkot.booked a studio apartment and complete kitchen setup was available.The staff was also very cooperative when we came late night.Overall a good experience and definately will love to visit again
