Non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00. There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen). This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout.
