front desk is great, we arrived at 3am, front desk handle the checkin swiftly.
they too helped me collect all my delivery. appreciate that.
hotel driver pick up service has a bit of expectations gap. Seems like driver will only come over when he confirmed you at pick up point. So for our case, is we waited around 15 mins despite multiple messages sent to him to update our custom clearance process.
breakfast was good.
noted that the location of hotel is not near to subway. But suitable to use for airport and taxi out if required.

Great service, as I touched down around 2am. I asked for their WeChat number as only have data roaming when reach ShenZhen to contact for the shuttle bus services, this is hassle free. Easy communication. Comfortable bed, thanks

The place was very convenient in terms of ita proximity to the Bao’an Airport. Price was decent for a two day trip. Room was clean however they could do better by having an air freshener in there, as it seemed someone was smoking cigarettes in that room previously. The amenities could include body lotion, but they had the regular necessities such as comb, shaving stick, toothbrush, conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. The tea was available but no sugar or milk. So having black tea without either well I learned to just get from the store nearby. So hop to the store once you arrive. Apart from that check in and out was easy, breakfast was okay.
