This is my third stay at the Insotel . I cannot fault this hotel . The staff work so hard- the hotel is beautifully clean, the food is high quality and varied and the rooms are beautiful. The life guard is attentive , helpful and alert. I will be back next year

Just returned from an absolutely idyllic here. We were beyond impressed with the hotel , spotlessly clean , aesthetically beautiful, relaxed, the most helpful friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.
A rare find, to have a hotel that offers decorum , comfort , efficiency and a classy vibe, something you can’t tell from a brochure.
Chilled champagne glasses at breakfast, white linen changed between every sitting , not one single staff member on a phone, hotel smelt beautiful throughout. Drinks offered on arrival despite being so late. A broken pool tile at 5pm, seemlessly fixed by 8am. Our unfinished bottle of wine carefully kept until the following night. Small things that put this hotel in class of its own.
Special mention to Marissa, German and lovely lady in piano bar for their impeccable care.
All this in a beautiful bay…

We have been going to this hotel since 2007. We love the area and it has always been a relaxing and luxurious break. The food (buffet) continues to be delicious- both breakfast and dinner. The hotel rooms are always clean and have great views and the evening entertainment is good. I am glad the hotel has now re-instated the side gate giving access to the riverside walkway to the beach front.
What we have noticed is some of the welcome amenities have gone, we used to get a voucher for a glass of Cava on arrival, a bottle of Cava and fruit plate in the room, fruit skewers when lying round the pool, cookies with your cup of cappuccino, turn down nightly- but it has all gone! We did feed this back on the arrival feedback and the general manager spoke with us but it does feel that the little luxuries which made it such a special hotel visit have been “pared down”.
Added to this- they seem to have the curse of generation Z- the senior staff who have been there for years work exceptionally hard but are unsupported by what seems to be a lazy bunch of 20 somethings who don’t want to be there. Plates not taken away, glasses not refilled, coffees not suggested at breakfast and tables cleared very slowly after people have left.
Ultimately we will go back, as we love the relaxing pool time and delicious food, but the little things which made it so special have been removed (?cost I suspect) which is a shame

Every time it is a pleasure to return to Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa in Ibiza. From the first moment you feel welcome here.
The hotel exudes luxury and tranquillity, with outstanding service.
In particular we would like to thank Julia and Yasmina from reception, they always make sure everything is taken care of down to the last detail. Nothing is too much, you feel very much appreciated as a guest. We would also like to thank Jeorge, his hospitality always impresses us.
Breakfast is delicious, with a wide choice and, again, a very attentive team that gets your day off to a perfect start.
