Ett ganska snyggt hotell vars främsta fördel är rummen mot havet och de stora fönstren. Rummen nås via loftgång. Bra sängar. Något mer avancerad meny i restaurang och bar ger en känsla av högre hotellklass.

Enjoy this BEACHFRONT property for your Monterey getaway
The rooms were clean and comfy, the LaVazza espresso machine was a special touch. I appreciated that the kind ladies at the front desk were always willing to give me extra pods for an afternoon cup of coffee. Thanks to Sheevani and Vivian for your kindness.
We didn’t upgrade to an ocean view room so just know you might be facing the freeway. There were two sets of curtains to block that view if desired. Parking is VERY expensive, as is the restaurant, but not unexpected for a hotel in Monterey.
I read a few reviews that made me hesitate staying here. I am thrilled that I did not pay them heed. Unless you need to stay directly in Monterey, this is the only choice of a hotel, as it is the only beachfront property.

Weekend stay
Rooms expensive but given the location, guess they can get that . Still, charging a daily parking fee in the $50 was excessive.
Probably would not chose to stay there again , as there are other options. Everything in that area is expensive!

Boutique vibe at a Marriott
My only issue was the cost - it was pretty expensive for a Marriott, and the $50/day self parking fee. I know this is common in the US but I find it galling to pay for parking your car in the hotel car park.
