Отлично

В этом отеле останавливаемся уже третий раз. Все очень устраивает: доброжелательность персонала, чистота и уютные номера, хорший завтрак. Есть бесплатная автостоянка. Так же хорошее месторасположение отеля: все в шаговой доступности.

Not another foot.

I don’t know how you can give 5 points to this hotel. Even taking into account the fact that we just spent the night there, there are many disadvantages - that is, everything except the location.
1) my son and I took a shower - there was no hot water left for my husband. How so?
2) there were three of us and we booked a hotel for three days - no toilet paper, no shower gel, no shampoo was replenished. There was also no proper soap and the dispenser was broken.
3) mattresses - the word is absolutely terrifying. My back hurt the next day - everything was crushed. The photos are not true to reality.
4) the room is cold - there is a heater. And this is in the 21st century.

Грязный номер, администратор с перегаром

Я заезжал 10 декабря ночью только переночевать.Администратор пыталась развести кроме платы за номер еще и "за ночной заезд" около 1500.. От нее пахло спиртным.Ну заплатил. До полчетвертого ночи мешали спать женские стоны с соседнего номера. В номере много тараканов.Отвратительно. сервис 0. Уехал и слава богу!

In case of arrival of a foreign citizen to a new place of stay, required to provide their valid identity document and immigration card, and proof of check-in information from the former hotel in Russian Federation.
