Book not wrong!

Return to Marettimo with the family after years of absence and accommodation in a B & B advice from a friend. The B&B in question is called “Sulmare” never word was so appropriate, located in the north of the village above the old port of Marettimo with a breathtaking view of the Castle Punta Troia. The B & B has 4 rooms all with their own bathroom and all the comforts the very kind and helpful owners live in the same building and prepare a great breakfast on their terrace overlooking the sea. I highly recommend it. Congratulations

A stay worthy of Marettimo

“Beb on the sea”...never name was more guessed than this!
Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea overlooking the Castle and Scalo Vecchio, comfortable room, clean and well equipped. The owner very helpful and friendly.
We will definitely be back.

Beautiful stay in Marettimo

Sulmare B&B is a family-run establishment in Marettimo, in a splendid location directly on the sea. The property has a few rooms, some with sea view. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, equipped with TV, small refrigerator, luggage space, desk, wardrobe, numerous sockets for charging devices. Possibility of additional 2 beds in the rooms. Comfortable bathroom with large shower, hair dryer provided. Available Wi-fi.
The highlight of the structure is certainly the charming terrace where breakfast is served, with beautiful sea views.
Mrs. Antoinette, manager of the facility together with her husband, prepares excellent cakes for breakfast, is always kind and helpful, provides lots of useful tips to explore the island and to live it to the fullest. Undoubtedly recommend the B & B Sulmare for a pleasant stay in the beautiful Marettimo.

Excellent for service, location, and comfort!

During our recent stay in the Egadi Islands, we discovered, by chance, the B&B Sulmare di Marettimo, managed by Antonietta and Pietro. Since the arrival, Peter was kind enough to pick us up directly from the port, although the B & B is easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
Located in an enviable position in "Scalo Vecchio", the B & B offers direct access to the sea and is a short distance from Café Tramontana, perfect for those who want to delight in an excellent Sicilian cannoli (sheep's ricotta!!).
The rooms, spacious and brightly colored, shine with their impeccable cleanliness. The photos published do not do justice: live they are much more beautiful. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Although our master bedroom did not have a sea view, it was still quiet and comfortable, which ensured a perfect rest after days full of exploration.
One of the highlights of the B&B is certainly the Italian buffet breakfast, served on a terrace overlooking the sea and the Castle of Punta Troia. The breathtaking view is ideal to start the day in style! Antoinette takes care of her guests with dedication and a kindness that makes you feel immediately at home. The homemade cakes, such as hazelnut tart and apple pies, prepared daily, were a real treat. You can also find fresh fruit, rusks and yogurt!
I recommend to all B&B Sulmare: couples, families and even solo travelers. I highly recommend booking in advance to secure one of the coveted sea view rooms.
Our meeting with the B&B Sulmare was fortuitous, but it definitely enriched our experience in Marettimo, leaving us the desire to return as soon as possible.

Sembra come stare nella casa al mare di proprietà di famiglia

Siamo una coppia di giovani, veniamo ogni anno a Marettimo ed è impensabile per noi andare altrove. Posizione di fronte al mare, Antonietta è gentilissima, sempre cordiale e disponibile, ad ogni richiesta é sempre molto gentile nel soddisfare gli ospiti. Le stanze sono pulite al centimetro e non appena si entra c’è un odore di pulito ovunque. Ogni mattina si occupa della colazione e lei, insieme alla sua famiglia, preparano sempre almeno 2 dolci/torte fatte in casa. Se possibile e non ha altre prenotazioni al giorno prima, ti da anche la stanza già al mattino senza farti aspettare l’orario ufficiale del check in. Consigliamo vivamente
