Hade en bra stund

Vi hade en två natters paus på halvpension och 90 minuter per dag tillgång till kretsen i Balneario. Vi firade våra bröllopsdagar med våra vänner och hotellet hade dekorerat sängarna med hjärtan och svanhanddukar. Det var en mycket fin touch.
De överlägsna dubbelrummen var mycket rymliga och sängen extremt bekväm och vi hade en riktigt god natts sömn. Det enda som saknades var en spegel i full längd på en vägg i sovrummet.
Frukosten var bra för oss, men kanske kan vara lite underhållande för andra, med tanke på att det är ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, men vi har verkligen haft kvällsmiddagen och tyckte det var mycket bra värde.
Spaet var väldigt roligt och du vänjer dig vid det mycket varma vattnet efter din första dag.
Vi rekommenderar verkligen upplevelsen och vi hittade all personal - från receptionen, matsalen och spaet att vara mycket uppmärksam och vi hoppas att återvända igen en dag.

Inte ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

Inte ett fyrstjärnigt välkomnande vid incheckningen. Receptionisten var oförskämd och ignorerade oss i tio minuter utan anledning. Vi behandlades som dominerande och fick vänta i onödan. Vår bokning vidarebefordrades till henne och tydligt partiskhet användes. Hennes ord var "det finns en kund framför". Receptionen var tom! Hon pratade inte med oss efteråt, ingen information vidarebefordrades, inget välkomnande och inget rumsnummer angett.
Båda personalen i receptionen var oförskämd, gagnlöst och bortskämda vår erfarenhet. Vi rekommenderar inte och kommer inte tillbaka. Toalettrullehållaren var trasig och toalettpapper saknades, men lyckligtvis hade vi vårt eget vi skulle inte närma oss receptionen för någonting.
Blixten i rom är dålig att läsa med. Hotellet är funktionellt och i bästa fall tvåstjärnigt. Vi kunde inte vänta med att lämna!
Ge stället en miss och boka någon annanstans.

Ett fantastiskt hotell med ett varmt välkomnande

Detta är en utmärkt bas för rundturer grottorna region around of Gaudix och erbjuder fantastisk boende till ett rimligt pris.
Våra varje kväll priset ingick en 90 minuters session i den termiska poolen och spa och även om många av de personal gjorde inte tala engelska de kunde inte ha varit mer hjälpsam.
Hotellet är nybyggt och en välförtjänt fyra stjärnor som vackert utrustade och oklanderligt rent.
Chefen här är endast till glad att hjälpa och ge stöd om det behövs och jag skulle rekommendera någon att bo här, och sedan att vidta femton minuters resa till of Gaudix. En härlig vistelse.

The silence needed for Relaxation shines through its absence

If you are looking for relaxation, find another one. The silence necessary to relax is shone by its absence. The Hotel has no noise-free areas where you can read. Not a seat in the room. The table lamp is not suitable for reading... anyway.
The right breakfast but without having a good coffee.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner lousy.

Room awarded with no visibility through the window because there is a wall in front of 1.5m, and also almost without artificial lighting, it was impossible to read.
The nefarious animation program was reduced to putting music at night in the only available lounge, which served everything: TV, music, meetings and enlivened with several cauldrons for leaks throughout the center which with carried great risk of falls by pools of water or footsteps.
The hotel does not have the services of a 4-star hotel, no gym, no TV room, no internet, no bar outside the dining room...
Lousy restaurant service, worse than in a neighborhood bar: False menus, they put on the menu salmon and it was trout, or they put octopus and it was pot, or impossible to specify what it was; in 90% it was precooked or canned food (meatballs, pisto, vegetables, ..; abusive use of sheep even in the potato tortilla, the little meat that was put was almost burned, there was no variety, dessert always yogurt or apple and twice they put industrial custard, on more than 3 occasions balditos of main course...etc an embarrassment.
The breakfast buffet was minimal in variety, quality and quantity, very scarce and nothing was replenished, you had to order an orange, or if you wanted a croissant you were told that there was no more; of course no serrano ham, no natural juice, no bread, no nuts... and the fruit in bad shape; the jam was in bulk that was poured in two bowls that everyone served... very aseptic.
We had to communicate to the Director of the hotel, the denigrating treatment received from the manager of the dining room, a certain Montse in public on several occasions : he forced us to wait to occupy tables being empty, he changed tables for no reason... and always in a loud voice, in public and with bad manners.
To top it all off, the Director authorizes the above employee TO DENY US LAST DAY LUNCH, which was due to us because we entered in the afternoon on the 1st day and which is due to us.
Our thanks to Juanjo and Lorraine, thanks to their kindness, education and professionalism, we were able to cope with the ordeal of the dining room of this hotel.
The spa is in a lost place, there is hardly anything there and since the hotel does not allow you to occupy your free time, which is much because the heat treatment is only one hour a day and the hotel is reduced to the room, it is essential to have a vehicle. Better go to someone else anyway.
