You must previously request authorization from the property. Pets are not allowed to be alone inside the house. You have to leave them in the garden. There is an additional cost of 50 euros per pet stay. Please note that noises are not allowed after 23:00 until 10:00. This includes shouting, playing loud music and talking loudly which can disturbs the neighbours in the house, garder or pool area. This restriction also applies to noises in the street in front of the house that might wake up the neighbours. The penalty to wake up neighbours is 150 EUR which will be deducted from the deposit. Extra guests are not allowed to stay overnight if they are not listed in the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in full deposit of 300 EUR and cancellation of reservation without any refund. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property during the day without the host prior consent. Violation of this rule will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right of any compensation. Swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
