Det bästa i Rabat!!
Vilket fantastiskt hotell The Four Seasons i Rabat är! det är helt enkelt fantastiskt. Det är ett nyöppnat hotell så några av funktionerna i hotellbyggnaderna håller fortfarande på att förberedas men totalt sett är alla faciliteter i bruk. Det har också några bra restauranger och ännu viktigare, spa-området är helt fantastiskt. Omedelbart vid ankomsten möttes vi av den underbara Saifia som är gästrelationschef ! och var helt fantastisk under hela vår vistelse. Detta har till den grad skillnaden mellan Four Seasons och alla andra hotell - det är den fantastiska personalen som fungerar som ambassadörer för varumärket men också hotellet i sig och som erbjuder komfort och lyx och bara för en all - runt fantastisk upplevelse!
så när vi kom, Saifia mötte med oss och hon var helt fantastisk. Hon ordnade ett antal resor för oss och ingenting var alltför mycket besvär! hon frågade oss varje dag hur vi fick på. Hon var verkligen entusiastisk över några av de resor som vi skulle på och bara en riktigt stor personlighet runt. Vårt rum var fantastiskt mycket rymliga mycket bekväma och med utsikt över poolområdet poolområdet som vi inte använde för mycket men det var härlig. Vädret var inte så bra men när vädret är bra - det skulle vara fantastiskt.
Vi åt frukost på morgonen och frukostteamet och den ansvariga damen kände igen oss varje morgon och beställde våra favoritsaker utan att vi ens behövde fråga om hon hade kommit ihåg allt som vi gillade och hur vi gillar att förbereda det var fantastiskt. Och att komma tillbaka till Saifia - när jag råkar nämna att jag letade efter ett apotek för att få lite ögonmakeup remover - Jag gick senare tillbaka till mitt rum den kvällen och fann att hon hade lagt lite ögonmakeup remover i mitt rum från ett känt märke och det var fantastiskt. Det är de små sakerna som gör skillnad så en av de andra höjdpunkterna på hotellet är spaet! det var så fantastiskt och ett underbart läge bara för att njuta av lite avkoppling och komfort! Vi tillbringade en hel dag där tas om hand med olika teer och fått små godsaker och ha massage och behandlingar runt det var fantastiskt och jag skulle uppmuntra alla att prova spa!
så totalt sett vår upplevelse i Rabat var fantastisk! Vi bedömer Four Seasons på allt både service och hotellet och uppfyller helt enkelt den standarden som top notch, men jag måste säga att personalen särskilt Saifia och all personal gör skillnaden!

Stor egendom med underbar atmosfär
Hade en underbar vistelse på Four Seasons! Detta är en vacker fastighet som ligger utanför gamla stan mittemot havet. Om du letar efter en bekväm och lyxig vistelse, bör detta beaktas, helt säkert.
Plus:
Rymliga rum med fantastiska badrum. Vi kände rummen var helt upp till varumärket! Även om jag inte kan säga att det var något absolut minnesvärt med rummet, det är bekvämt och väl utformat.
Vackert inredd fastighet med härlig utsikt. Tänk på att detta inte är lätt att gå till många sevärdheter, men det ligger mittemot en underbar klippa som kant som går ner till en strand (inte den typ som du kommer att få i vattnet dock... mer av en look bara koncept). Men det finns flera restauranger och barer, som är bra. Bartendern Souhail var verkligen en höjdpunkt för oss, eftersom han gjorde min bar kväll verkligen minnesvärd och kommer för evigt att bli ihågkommen: )
Servicen är stor runt. Alla är mycket vänliga och tillmötesgående. Yousra var en sann pärla under vår erfarenhet, alltid se till att vi togs om hand, alltid ha vänliga samtal, och även skaffa en parfym jag specifikt ville. Sammantaget kände vi oss mycket välkomna av teamet och njöt av tjänsten.
Minus:
Många bekvämligheter är inte öppna eller i drift. Så var medveten om att hotellet inte är helt i full drift.
Plats - detta ligger utanför medina och inte walkable till det. Taxi är svårt att få också. Hotellet var bra på att ringa en taxi för oss, men var medveten om att du inte är riktigt i hjärtat av saker. Men havsutsikten är helt underbar.
Sammantaget är detta en vacker fastighet med bra service och kommer att vara fantastisk när allt är igång. Jag skulle rekommendera säkert!

INCREDIBLE
Det bästa hotellet ive stannade ute hela mitt liv. Värt vartenda öre!
Jag är väldigt kräsen. Att leda mer av en lyxig livsstil, jag vill inte känna att jag nedgraderar när jag reser. Det här hotellet häpnade. Jag har svårt att sova - sov i 14 timmar och missade nästan utcheckning! Sängarna är fantastiska.
Poolen är fantastisk och har utsikt över havet. Marken är oklanderlig. Rummen är tysta. Badrummet är fantastiskt - Dyptique bad / dusch produkter - JA TACK! Badkar är fantastiskt och så djupt.
Jag kan inte säga nog om det här stället. Men det som tar det ett steg högre är personalen. De är fantastiska och villiga att göra vad som krävs för att göra din vistelse otroligt.
Jag skulle återvända till Marocko om bara för att bo här igen.

Det bästa med Rabat
Åt lunch med min familj på Flame restaurang. . . maten var utmärkt och vi kände att det fanns gott om alternativ att välja mellan, servicen var enastående som förväntades från Four Seasons hotel. . . Karen restaurangchef jag antar var så vänlig och mycket välkomnande. Vi har nu ett nytt favoritställe här i Rabat att komma till varje gång vi besöker ❤️

Good but potential for excellence
Good afternoon,
Following our recent stay at the Four Seasons Rabat, and as we do with all our visits to Four Seasons properties, we’d like to provide some feedback based on our experience. Please do share this with the relevant management team.
Property:
The property itself is exceptional—undoubtedly one of the most beautiful Four Seasons we have visited. The attention to detail in the décor is phenomenal, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort.
Spa:
The spa and pool facilities are truly world-class and do justice to the Four Seasons brand. The design, amenities, and upkeep were flawless, staff were polite and friendly and the massages/facials were a great experience.
Food & Beverage:
Unfortunately, this is where the experience was let down significantly and is one of the reasons we may not return or recommend the property to others.
Room Service:
Our first night was a disaster. The kitchen was unable to cook a fillet steak properly—even after two attempts—and the skewers were bland, despite being advertised as seasoned with authentic Moroccan spices. Hoping this was a one-off, we tried again. We ordered two pizzas and two fries, totalling £75. Sadly, the food again disappointed—the pizzas were bland and the margherita lacked the promised fresh basil. In fact, it appeared there was no basil at all. Price over quality and size seemed to be a reoccurring issue.
Breakfast:
We opted for breakfast at the restaurant following the poor room service experience. The orange French toast was fantastic—a real highlight—but the American breakfast was underwhelming. The sausage was pink in the middle, and the beef bacon was essentially just fat and inedible (photo attached).
Lunch (Poolside):
After the room service issues, we decided to try lunch by the pool. Unfortunately, the burger was tasteless and very small for its £25 price tag—fries were not included (photo attached). The tempura prawn tacos were soggy and not up to standard for either the Four Seasons or any five-star hotel.
Dinner – Verdello Restaurant:
Here is where the food truly shined. The Italian dishes were superb, particularly the truffle pasta and aged ribeye steak. Chef Sebastiano and the entire wait staff were excellent and we ended up dining here three nights in a row - although the only reliable food experience at the resort, we dined because the food and staff were incredible.
Bar Atlantique:
The bar is beautifully decorated and serves one of the best cocktails we’ve had—Timo’s Passion. However, they often ran out of prosecco, which was a bit of a letdown. The food again fell short—the burger was larger than the poolside option but still lacked flavor and was overly drenched in BBQ sauce. The chicken shawarma was very small and, at £15, did not include any sides.
Pâtisserie:
A true jewel in the crown. The pastries, cakes, biscuits, and particularly the orange French toast were all outstanding—on par with the very best Four Seasons offerings we’ve enjoyed elsewhere and were the highlight of our stay.
Overall:
Our stay was good—but frustratingly, it could and should have been excellent.
The hotel lacked choice due to half the property being closed, therefore we didn’t get the full experience we would have wanted. Even little things like the afternoon tea menu not being ready, could have added a fantastic experience and another food option that might have rounded off our stay.
The potential of this property is immense, and it’s disheartening to leave feeling disappointed due to inconsistencies in food and beverage quality. If Yesmin and her team can bring the culinary offerings in line with the exceptional standards set by the rest of the resort, this could easily become a flagship Four Seasons destination for us and we would certainly showcase this to others.

The potential of this property is immense, and it’s disheartening to leave feeling disappointed due to inconsistencies in food and beverage quality. If Yesmin and her team can bring the culinary offerings in line with the exceptional standards set by the rest of the resort, this could easily become a flagship Four Seasons destination for us and we would certainly showcase this to others.

That said, we are genuinely sorry to learn that aspects of your experience, particularly in Food & Beverage, did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold.
