A budget hotel
It's a cheap, convenient option right off I35. Nice folks running it, but be clear--this is budget lodging.
There was some intermittent mechanical noise I couldn't figure out which disturbed my sleep, but the room was warm on a cold winter's night, with a good heater and sufficient blanket.
What appears to be the family's residence is in front, with the hotel rooms behind. A smallish parking lot, but I think there's room out front if you're towing (for example).
Conveniently located with a liquor store in front and an adult bookstore next door, if that's your thing.
