WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN
When we complained we were moved to the same exact view, just a floor higher. We are HANDICAPPED and had to go up and down stairs, because parking (PAID) elevator didn't work the whole time we were there. Enter and exit code for PAID PARKING GARAGE malfunctioned more often than not. Locked doors were UNACCESSIBLE with room key, to get back in. Had to walk all the way around building, in the windy, cold, wet weather. Safe in room didn't work. Vent in bathroom didn't work. Light at door didn't work. Guide on TV showed 1-1-2018. Could not get current guide info.
Staff were very rude, laughed at us for calling problems to their attention. Asked to speak with MANAGER, was given a card with a demeaning chuckle.

Not Going To Stay Here Again
Ask at front desk to have room cleaned, said they would take care of it. Came after dinner and room was not cleaned. Went to front desk and told them that room had not been cleaned. Again, they told me it would be taken care of. I ask for towels. Towels were brought up to room within 5 mins.

When door closed to go in and out there is no seal. You can look outside or someone can look in the room. Air conditioner was so very noisy all night long. I must say that the bed was very comfortable. The water inside the shower was amazing and the dove products were great.
I know you probably have heard this before but the parking across the street is so not safe and not except-able. With women going over to the parking lot alone.
