Du kan räkna på innergården ...
Inte den bästa dealen i stan, inte en super lux hotel och ingen gratis frukost. Och ändå, du vet vad du får. Som är värt en hel del. Marriott gör den rätten.
Vår väg - trött fest med 5 anlände 23:00, välkomnades av en vänlig värd och vi alla somnat på cirka 30 minuter. Ut vid 8 am och jag är på vägen hem. . . Tack för att leverera på den lovar av en rent lugnt hotell upplevelse.

Bra Hotell - nummer med 1 medlem av personalen.
Vi bodde här tillbaka i juni med en baseball grupp. Det fanns 2 andra lag från vår organisation med oss. Vi var i courtyard runt 5:00 att njuta av lite pizza och låta barnen simma. Det kunde ha såg överväldigande för hotellets personal för att se om 30 vuxna och många barn simning. Alla av oss föräldrar visste att plocka upp efter oss själva som vi har rest till många hotell i det förflutna. Det kostade runt 730 - 8 p när järnek från Städning närmade sig många föräldrar kräva att alla barn i rummen med 9:00. Hon uppgav detta var hotel politik. Detta var ingen annanstans i vårt avtal vid incheckningen och receptionen inte nämnde detta för oss. Jag har aldrig varit på ett hotell där barnen fick vara i deras rum vid 21:00. Hon hade vi blev tilltalade oss ett flertal gånger om den 9:00 utegångsförbud för barn. Det behöver inte sägas att säga, vi var ute på den courtyard by den angivna 10:00 tid. Vi städade upp våra mess, lägg alla stolar/bord tillbaka till sin ursprungliga plats. Senare den kvällen, vi var fel för en annan fotbollslag som var där som medför problem. Det förefaller att det andra laget var på parkeringsplatsen att orsaka problem med personalen, men vi fick skulden för det. Den 2 nd natt vi gjorde det samma typ av hotellet ligger upp i den courtyard och var inte fick veta att ha barnen i den rum med 9:00 som Holly var inte fungerar som natt. . . Förutom detta, personalen i receptionen var jättebra. Personalen som arbetar Starbucks området var utmärkt. Rummen var rena, poolområde/innergården var trevligt att ha. Jag tror det var bara överväldigande för de anställda, eftersom det tittade lite upptagna ute på gårdsplanen. Men när du har åldrar 9 - 12 , vad gör du förväntar dig. Jag önskar vi inte skulle ha fått skulden för trakassera hotellets personal, när det var helt klart andra baseball grupp. Vi fått höra för att aldrig komma tillbaka till detta hotell. Bra sak det finns många andra hotell i detta område. Inte att försöka att få ut någon få sparken, men var snälla använd den här i ditt team möten för den framtida.

In an effort to prevent situations like this happening again , we have sat down with all of our associates and did some additional training on how to handle guest complaints with large groups. I will share your comments with the Housekeeping Supervisor as well as the other members of the leadership team.

Var beredd på att köpa kaffe i lobbyn!
Personalen var vänlig och mycket hjälpsam och rummet var trevligt, men sängarna var hårda och jag hade en mycket obekväm nattsömn. Så mycket att den punkt av träningsvärk fogar nästa dag! Priset för rummet högre än vi ville betala men det var sent när vi stannade. Gården var ett trevligt ställe att sitta ute från ett patiodörr i vårt rum eftersom vi var på första våningen. Var beredd på att betala för lobbyn kaffe (Starbucks) och bakverk. Ingen frukost serveras här på detta motell! Jag skulle inte bo på det här motellet igen. Vi flyttade till Drury Inn i West Des Moines motell för den kommande tre nätter. Så glad att vi gjorde det!

Balkong
Fin balkong utsikt över gården - bra för en snabb middag. Mycket trevligt rent och bekvämt rum. Bra, vänlig service. Bekvämt beläget och ligger nära motorvägen. Starbucks kaffe på bistro.

Äldre anläggning behov av en uppgradering
Jag tillbringade en natt där den veckan av 6 / 18 . Platsen behöver utan tvekan en uppgradering. Allt verkar ganska slitna. Den service behöver en uppgradering också. Anläggningen var nästan helt tomt och en uppgradering erbjöds inte.

We take great pride in ensuring our guest’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet your expectations. We did just complete our public space renovation two months ago. I rooms are being scheduled for next year. We do have a small number of suites her at this property. I can not verify if there was one available when you checked in. We have a high number of Elite Members in house most of the week and they tend to go quick. Most are booked ahead of time. I will share your comments with the other members of the leadership team.
