Vackert hotell men personalen gjorde det bra.
Tja detta är en härlig plats och personalen är bara bäst. Serveringspersonalen på Blue Mango är alla helt fantastiska och de 2 flickor Sai och Jang arbetar i solnedgången bar är bara härlig. Jag vill göra en speciell shout ut till Num och Yut de 2 killar som städar rummen. Dessa killar förtjänar en medalj dessa killar städar allt rum i hela resorten. Efter att ha arbetat inom besöksnäringen i Ayres Rock, vet jag helt enkelt inte hur de gör det. Jag tar av mig hatten för dem. Enda klagomålet jag har är att badrummet luktade som en avloppsbrunn. Jag ringde och de kom och fixade det. Var ok till nästa dag. Jag berättade för Lek om ca 3 dagar senare och hon Borstade bort det och sa att de arbetade på det. Jag gillade inte den responsen alls. Jag kände för att kräkas varje gång jag gick in där. Bortsett från det var det vackert där. Bandet var bra när de spelade.

Bra kundservice
Vi åkte Phuket (Absolut twin sand och resort i februari 22 / 02 / 25 till 03 / 02 / 2025 . personalen var mycket hjälpsam speciellt Panisa, REY, bam, jibt och N’fah. bra kommunikationsförmåga och kundservice, , de hjälpte oss att boka stadsrundtur och alla vackra ön ️.

Fantastisk service! Mitt rum var en komplett katastrof kläder, papper, och röra överallt. De förvandlade den till en fläckfri och organiserad fristad. Snabb, professionell och värd varenda krona. Rekommenderar starkt! Tack till personalen som städade vår röra varje dag

Fantastisk upplevelse
Rummen var rymliga och super rena. All personal var vänlig och trevlig. Maten i restaurangen var fantastisk. Jag hade också spabehandling av Any. Jag hade mycket avkopplande massage tack vare henne. Särskilt tack till Enrique som såg efter oss under vår vistelse. Han behandlade oss som sann vän och familj från sitt hjärta som vi kan känna. Övergripande upplevelse på Absolute twin sands resort var fantastisk! !

Bästa veckan den här gången i Thailand
Uppgraderingen av rummet utan att vi bett om det var så bra. Gratis shuttlebus till Phatong och stranden flera gånger om dagen. Poolområdet och restaurangen samt all vänlig personal gjorde att vi redan längtar tillbaka min dotter och jag.
