Fantastiskt hotell. Ligger helt otroligt och är i gott skick. Personalen har dock ingen koll. Pratar dålig engelska… bad om kaffe på frukosten 3 gånger innan kaffet kom.

Väldigt hårda sängar (t.om för att vara i Thailand) en hel del små myror på rummet samt en AC som inte riktigt fungerade så vi fick be om en fläkt för att överhuvudtaget kunna sova. Lite tråkig frukost och läget är inte det bästa. Ligger en bit från restauranger och affärer så man behöver en moped för att kunna ta sig någonstans. Personalen är mycket trevlig och serviceminded. Helt OK hotell men skulle inte välja att bo här igen.

Booked through trip.com because of the beautiful photos of the view and bath on the balcony. Unfortunately, this soon turned out to be a scam on arrival. The hotel has suffered quite a lot over the years, little to no maintenance and the room itself was very disappointing. Dirty furniture with unexplained stains, poor hygiene and heavily outdated. used flip flops in the room...
After contacting trip.com, we were asked to ask the hotel manager for a refund ourselves. He shot completely in Defence mode at our request. No other rooms available, no plans to find a solution and a refund was anything but possible. After we made it known that he left no choice but to give a bad review, he started screaming and we left because we feel unsafe. +€400 down the drain. So be careful before booking this hotel. We are now looking with trip.com to see if we can still get a (partial) refund.

Bath, bath, bath...

Definitely do not book this hotel! Everything that is written here is a lie! The hotel is dilapidated. Some of it has life-threatening defects. E.g. broken windows on the balconies, so you can easily fall down the cliff. It's very, very dirty and a lot of things are dilapidated. Mattresses are completely broken and the air conditioning systems are covered in black mold. As the fly screens are broken or missing completely, the rooms are full of various insects. We demanded our money back, but so far to no avail. We went to the police. The process is still ongoing. Definitely do not book this hotel!!!!!

Excellent stay. Ying was extremely helpful and made our four nights here a pleasure. The rooms vies were outstanding overlooking a superb beach.
Although the hotel building is still in progress you don’t notice it. Lot steps to the beach but if too much hotel will take you.
The chef is fantastic, so good was the food we ate here every night. Enjoyed so much thinking of returning soon just beautiful
