Our hotel is located next to Matsuyama City Station, providing easy access to tourist attractions throughout Ehime by tram, suburban train, and bus.
Currently, the plaza in front of Matsuyama Station is under construction, which may cause some inconvenience due to traffic and noise.
The plaza is scheduled to be completed by the middle of 2026, and we hope you will visit Matsuyama again.

Power sockets aplenty and adorable hangers make for added charm… exceptional onsen facility, perfect for ultimate relaxation!
Sadly, the service left much to be desired—>think chatty staff with little patience, and lifts slower than a snail's pace… this one takes the cake for lift lethargy…the stairs are off-limits, so patience is not only a virtue but an absolute necessity. lol

Thank you for your high evaluation of our rooms, public bath and breakfast service.
Especially for the breakfast, the 5 kinds of orange juice is very popular. Recently, we have been focusing on desserts and breads, and in particular, we have increased the number of bread varieties from three to six.
We apologize for your dissatisfaction with our staff and elevators.

We do not have any stairs in our hotel, except for the emergency stairs, which are normally available, and during busy times, we inevitably have to ask guests to wait.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your hotel staff members during check-in on April 16 at 2:00 PM.
Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the hotel used a self-service check-in system, which was unfamiliar to us. Although the machine supported Korean, my wife struggled to use it. While she was trying to figure it out, a staff member abruptly spoke to her in Japanese in a scolding tone. Even though we couldn’t understand the language, the staff member’s tone was unmistakably harsh, condescending, and completely inappropriate for a hospitality setting.
I politely asked in English, "Could you please speak in English?" but the staff member ignored my request and continued speaking only in Japanese. The key issue is that we could not understand what was being said.
It is unrealistic to expect all foreign guests to understand Japanese. If the hotel primarily wishes to serve Japanese-speaking customers, it should reconsider accepting foreign tourists.
I have met many kind and respectful people in Japan, and I’ve always appreciated the culture’s sense of hospitality. However, this one encounter with an unprofessional staff member left a strong negative impression and unfortunately affected our entire experience.
Despite being a four-star hotel, the staff’s conduct did not reflect that standard. A hotel that serves international guests must provide adequate training and uphold basic standards of courtesy. Without that, it’s difficult to recommend the establishment to others.

As the manager of the hotel, I am painfully aware that this was due to my poor leadership, and I am very sorry that you were made to feel this way.
I have given appropriate guidance to the person in charge. We will do our best to ensure that this will not happen again in the future. In addition, we will also strengthen language training for all staff members.

Hotel with good location near Matsuyama station
Check-in and check-out were mechanical and a little tasteless. As I am a smoker, I wanted a room close to the smoking area (located on the 3rd floor of the 2nd floor) and although I was relieved to be assigned a superior twin on the 4th floor, it turned out to be meaningless.
I thought there was an inner staircase in the building that could take you from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor, but there was only a fire escape (exterior staircase). This fire escape is locked, and at the end of the day, you have to use an elevator to get to the smoking area. This hotel has only two elevators, so depending on the time of day, you may have to wait quite a bit and it's stressful.
Smokers should be aware that there is no point in being assigned a room near the smoking area (it will be on the 4th floor).
I used a laptop or smartphone in my room, but the wifi is stable.
The public bath on the 3rd floor was compact but comfortable with a sauna and an open-air bath (you can only let in the outside air and not see out). It may have been a shame that there was no sauna mat if I had to say so.
For breakfast, there is a large menu and you can compare local dishes and mandarin juice, so I am very satisfied.
Next to the front desk on the 2nd floor is a large map with information about restaurants in the city, but I would like to distribute the equivalent map that can be carried around (the simple map was given to the front desk).
If you want to eat and drink (alcohol-based) at night within walking distance, you might be right to use a hotel around Okaido, or if you only want to walk around town and not focus on dinner, you might be right to use a hotel around Matsuyama City Station.
It was a hotel that we hoped would evolve further.
