Excellence

Perfect guesthouse, extremely clean, wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff with great kindness and cordiality, I will definitely come back more often, the stay was sensational, it has a beautiful environment, a beautiful view, a pleasant environment that makes you not even want to leave

Noisy guesthouse

The guesthouse itself has a peaceful and welcoming environment, the staff are extremely attentive, the breakfast has a lot of variety, the negative point was the room, it has terrible acoustics, I went with the intention of sleeping well and resting, but I didn't sleep well one night , a lot of noise from the neighboring room, shouting all night long, the noise they made at night was extremely uncomfortable, it seemed like they were inside our room. From the photos I thought the room was bigger, the bed was a double, which was very small, we slept very tightly, the bed linen was not completely clean, the bathroom towels were large and of good quality.

Wonderful Experience

Wonderful guesthouse. Spectacular service. The external room is very cozy and spacious. The bathroom has all the necessary items such as liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Very tasty and fresh breakfast. The pool area and spa are fantastic and the pool is heated and finally the fish river that passes by the inn gives an indescribable peace. I highly recommend it.

Guesthouse for couples

A lovely hotel for couples, very cozy and clean.
We had a small problem with the lack of water, but it was soon resolved. The inn accommodates few people but has welcoming and friendly service.
I loved it and would definitely go back.
It is a little far from the city center, so to return at night you need to pay close attention to the highway.

Inn to not rest.

My fiancé and I opted for the room with a whirlpool. We took this inn precisely to rest. All we couldn't do was rest. The window in the entire room is made of mirrored glass.
First: at 5:30 in the morning the room is as if you were in the open air (unbearable light)
Secondly: if it couldn't get any worse, at the entrance to the reserve we were informed that in the morning someone knew was knocking on the glass door non-stop, and that they would put some stickers on the glass to prevent this from happening. Detail: they put it in that same day, with us already in the room, which didn't do anything. At 5:30 the thrush was there, knocking on the door all morning. Either you get up or stay in the room with light and the sound of a hammer constantly in your head. They said they would fix it, but they didn't. We need to nail a sheet to the walls that falls all the time and comes back every morning at dawn and wakes you up. Room on the side of the road, you can hear all the noise from the highway.
20 km away from Serra Negra.
On top of that, the price is abusive. We pay more than an international trip. Detail: only breakfast in bed included. Anyone who is used to good places should never visit this inn
